a sustainable stay in west sussex
Found in 50 acres of private woodland, this hide-away sits in an old oak tree overlooking a stream.
Feel like you need a break from the daily grind? Go off-grid with this glamping experience, cook your dinner over a fire and star-gaze the night away. You might even spot deer in the woodland if you’re lucky!
Bathe in the sounds (and sights!) of nature whilst you wash in the hot open-air shower. And there is even an eco-friendly compost toilet.
You’ll also have access to a wood-fired hot tub to enjoy with a drink of your choice as the sun goes down.
The host Sam was so friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay and lit the hot tub for us. He even brought us fresh pastries and jam in the morning. Overall we found this to be incredible value for what you get and couldn’t recommend more.
We slept so well as it was almost silent apart from the calls of a nearby owl and there was also a wood burner in the treehouse for colder nights. The hot tub was even warmer in the morning and we got to enjoy it a second time as we had the woodland to ourselves!
